Prospective clients only get your name and phone number (no address). You are not obliged to consent to one of our prospective clients or to exclusively place your offer with us.

All questions should be clarified between you and the client. Mitwohnzentrale will not be involved in this process. Please let us know if a contract materialises on the basis of this contact. We can send you a form for rental contracts – on the basis of tenancy law. Please don´t hesitate to contact us for all further questions. We will be glad to receive further information about your flat / room(s) as well as photos via e-mail.
